Bennett Construction & Realty operates out of Atlanta, GA and Charleston, SC. We work exclusively with the most reputable local Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, Architects, Engineers, Lawyers, Mortgage Brokers, and Real Estate Professionals to provide Construction Management, Quality Production, Real Estate Investment, and Property Management services. Bennett Construction & Realty takes pride in being service-oriented, and providing the most comfortable and comprehensive environment for our clients. Zack Bennett has been working in the Construction and Real Estate industries since a young age. Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Zack went to College of Charleston to play Division 1 soccer. While attending C of C, Zack worked for several construction companies, most notably the Charles Blanchard Construction Corporation.
He later moved to Boulder, CO and worked for Josh White, owner of Josh White Custom Homes. Zack eventually returned home to Atlanta, where he started Bennett Construction & Realty, LLC. He has owned and operated the company since 2009. In 2013 he began working as a sub for Tom Lennon, owner of Lennon Construction. BCR helped to build many restaurants and homes with Lennon Construction. Most Notably Edmons Oast, The Daily, Butcher and Bee, and The Meat Share. Bennett Construction & Realty strives to meet deadlines, give reliable pricing, and produce quality craftsmanship on every project of every size. Whether buying a home, selling, investing, remodeling, or building; BCR will make a lasting, memorable impression because we believe we are only as good as our last job.
Kenji is one of the founding partners of KOMP. Over the last 7 years, Kenji has played an essential role in acquiring KOMP’s portfolio of over two dozen homes. Kenji has taken his passion for real estate investment and channeled it into providing superior service as a professional realtor. Being a client himself multiple times over, he has learned what to expect from a realtor and strives to give each client the level of commitment that he would expect for himself. He is a trained negotiator with experience in both buying and selling homes throughout the metro Atlanta area. He earned both his BA and MBA from Georgia State University. Before becoming full time in real estate, he spent seven years working in corporate finance and accounting at Southern Company. Kenji volunteers at the Clark Howard Consumer Center once a week where he answers personal financial questions. His strong educational and financial background provide him with a valuable and unique skill set.
Matt is the co-founder of KOMP and an Atlanta native. He has a proven record of selecting and closing deals on successful investment properties. His vision and assessment of opportunities is exceptional. Matt has also worked for major Supply Chain companies for over 10 years specializing in continuous improvement.
